Board denies Simon Property Group's $6.1 million real estate
tax claim against the City of Peabody
PEABODY, Mass. (June 18, 2004)-The Massachusetts Appellate Tax
Board issued its Findings of Fact and Report in the case of
Northshore Mall Limited Partnership Et Al v. Board of Assessors
of the City of Peabody, in support of its decision to deny Simon
Property Group's $6.1 million real estate tax claim against
the City of Peabody.
