Frederick S. Gilman is engaged in the general practice of commercial
real estate law including representation of lenders, developers,
landlords and tenants. Much of his time is spent on acquisitions,
development, financing and leasing. Mr. Gilman has represented
a broad range of public and private technology, software, investment,
insurance, manufacturing, construction and real estate development
companies in a variety of real estate-related matters.
A graduate of Wesleyan University in 1951 and Harvard Law School
in 1954, Mr. Gilman is an active member of the Boston Bar Association,
the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Conveyancers
Association and is on the Board of Directors for Boston Mutual
Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Gilman is a frequent guest lecturer for the Harvard University
Graduate School of Design, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts
Continuing Legal Education and at many private seminars. |
