Stephen W. DeCourcey is engaged in the practice of commercial
litigation with a concentration in real estate law, including
valuation for eminent domain and tax litigation, electric utility
valuation, environmental, zoning and land use. He also is involved
with municipal law, and has experience with general litigation
before administrative agencies and trial courts.
Before joining Lynch, DeSimone & Nylen, Mr. DeCourcey served
as an Associate at the Law Offices of John M. Lynch, P.C. Prior
to this, he served as an Associate at Cuddy, Lynch & Bixby,
where he concentrated on civil litigation, and matters involving
business and real estate valuation.
Mr. DeCourcey graduated form Suffolk University Law School (cum
laude) in 1992. He served as a Judicial Intern at the Superior
Court of Massachusetts in 1992. He has been admitted to practice
before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and United States
District Court, District of Massachusetts. He received a bachelor's
from Boston University in 1986.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. DeCourcey has served on the
Finance Committee for the Town of Arlington since 1995. |
